FAEA invites application for scholarships for the year 2012-13 to pursue undergraduate studies in Arts/Commerce/Science/Medical/Engineering and other Technical and Professional disciplines atany University/Institution/College in India.   Number of scholarships: 300 (Approx)   Eligibility Criteria :   (i) Students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections, preference will be given to students in BPL/SC/ST category   (ii) Students who have passed Class XII from a recognized board in India   (iii) 1 st year under-graduate students.   Financial Support: Tuition fee, maintenance allowance or hostel and mess charges.

CBSE, Applications are invited for the award of many scholarships worth Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/- each from bona fide students of all government recognised schools/colleges of India of class XI & XII (Science Stream only). Certificates of appreciation are also awarded to all high scorers in the test with All India Ranking (AIR).   The scholarships are awarded based on your merit in an online test of two hours for 200 marks. The test comprises of four sections of 50 questions each (1 mark for each question) in Physics, Chemistry, Maths/ Biology, English Language and Simple Logic & General Knowledge. The syllabus is generally based on the content and level of SSC & HSC books prescribed by theICSE and other State boards in India. \   Test centres in all major cities of India.
